New website of ResNet NPND opened

The website of ResNet NPND has been transferred from its old location at the University of Münster to this independent new domain. The contents and layout have been completely remodeled. Some pages are still under construction but will be updated regularly in order to reach full operability in the next few days.
We welcome all visitors to this new website and look forward to any comments, suggestions etc.
